The New Law Center provides management consulting services focused in the following areas:

•  Dispute resolution and group process to manage change and conflict constructively;

•  Prevention of harassment, including sexual harassment; and

•  Diversity and inclusion to create and maintain a work environment in which all members can thrive, succeed and contribute their very best to the survival and success of the organization.

In our consulting engagements, we try to learn as much as we can about our clients, their needs, and to understand as fully as possible the “culture” and realities of the client's workplace. We provide trainings and positive, problem-solving processes that are non-judgmental, creative and focused to help clients identify the barriers to reaching their goals and use their strengths to overcome those barriers.
